Birding at Brockway Mountain with the Ornithology Class

Details

Hosted by: Birdbums
When: Thursday, April 19 2012, 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM
Location: Eagle River/Copper Harbor, Michigan

Join us and the Ornithology class to do some early morning birding!

We will meet in the atrium of the U.J. Noblet Forestry Building at 6:30am sharp, and drive from there first to Eagle River. Then we will make our way to the top of Brockway Mountain. This scenic mountain..., west of Copper Harbor was named for David D. Brockway. Here we will see many of the migrating raptors and will likely be able to spend time with the hawk counter!
